Banana Bread

- 55 g flour
- 25 g chopped walnut ( Toasted)
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon ( optional)
- 1¼ g baking powder
- ½ g baking soda
- ¼ pinch nutmeg ( optional)

In large bowl mix the dry ingredients and add the chopped nuts, you can replace the walnuts with chocolates chips if you like, but if you prefer the nuts ( walnuts, Hazelnut,) don’t forget to roasted to get an amazing test.

- ¾ bananas
In a bowl mash the soft Banana with a fork, use a fork not blender because we don’t want the banana to be totally Purée like a liquid.

- 25 g sugar
- ½ eggs
- 27½ g butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla sugar

Add the eggs ( room temperature) and sugar and vanilla sugar to the mashed banana and mix well, then add the softened or melted butter and mix well. If you use melted butter make sure it not too hot when you add it to the mixture, we don’t need to cook the egg.

Add the banana-egg mixture to the dry ingredients and mix it using spatula, don’t over mix it we just need all the dry ingredients to get wet.

Pour the bread mixture in loaf ban ( don’t forget to grease your ban with butter) And wbe bake it for 60 minutes in preheated oven (175).
