Apple Cake ( upside down)

- 22½ g brown sugar
- 12½ ml heavy cream
- 12½ g butter
- ¾ g ground cinnamon
First we need start cooking the caramel, for that mix the brown sugar, 50 ml heavy cream, butter and the ground cinnamon and we cook it on medium heat until we get the consistency caramel. You can skip this step using a caramel sauce from the supermarket, but sure the homemade caramel much better.

Spread the caramel at the baking pan

- ⅛ kg apple
Peel and cut the apples and put them over the caramel sauce. You can slice the apples to the thickness that you want.

- 22½ g sugar
- ½ eggs
- 50 ml heavy cream
- ½ g baking soda
- 1¼ g baking powder
- 1¼ ml vanilla extract

In a bowl mix the eggs ( room temperature)und sugar well then add cream and the vanilla extract and keep mixing until the sugar resolves, then add the flour and baking soda and baking powder and mix until all ingredients well combined.

Add the cake mixture above the apples and spread it in equal amounts, bake it in preheated oven (170) for 35- 40 minutes. Let the cake rest 10 minutes before you flipped it. And Enjoy
