Conditions of participation

Conditions of participation in the Kitchen Stories / ZWILLING competition
These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the competition.

Organizer and sponsor. The competition is organized by AJNS New Media GmbH, Storkower Str. 115, 10407 Berlin, www.kitchenstories.com ("AJNS"). Please direct any questions about the competition to hello@kitchenstories.de. The winnings are sponsored by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels AG, Grünewalder Strasse 14-22, 42657 Solingen, de.zwilling-shop.com ("ZWILLING").
Duration. Participation is possible from May 6, 2020, 00:00 a.m. (CEST) to May 28, 2020, 11:59 p.m. (CEST).

Eligibility. Persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees and representatives of AJNS as well as other persons involved in the running of the competition (e.g. employees of the sponsor or service providers of the AJNS) and their respective family members who live with them at home are excluded from participation.

Participation procedure. Participation in the competition is free of charge. Eligible participants can enter the competition by uploading a photo of a cooked ZWILLING sponsored recipe featured in our "A Month of Cooking at Home" article series and including the hashtags #stayhomekeepcooking and #foodconnects, accepting these conditions of participation. Determination of the winner. The winner will be determined by lottery. The legal process to check the draw is excluded.


Notification of the winner. The winner will be notified by email within one week of the closing date and requested to submit their personal details (name, date of birth, address) within 72 hours. This data will only be used to run the competition and to send the prize and will then be deleted. If no e-mail is received from a winner within the 72 hours, the right to win expires and the organizer is entitled to determine a new winner.
Details of the win. One winner will receive a knife set consisting of a chef's knife and a paring knife from the Pro series from ZWILLING. An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Premature termination or change. The organizer reserves the right to terminate or change the competition prematurely, in whole or in part, at any time, even without observing deadlines, if for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of hardware or software, errors in hardware or software) or due to legal reasons, the proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed.
