"With this recipe, you can conjure up quick and delicious cinnamon stars cookies. True cinnamon lovers can add a little more cinnamon to the dough if they wish. Just make sure to season the dough to taste! If you don't have a rolling pin to hand, you can also use an empty wine bottle to roll out the dough. Have a wonderful holiday season!"

    Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Add ground almonds, powdered sugar, and cinnamon to a bowl and stir together. Add egg white and almond extract and work into a dough. Roll out with a rolling pin on a surface dusted with flour. Press out star shapes.
