    • 250 g flour
    • 1 tbsp Dry yeast
    • 80 ml oil
    • 37 g sugar
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 90 ml water
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Mix together the flour, dry yeast, oil, sugar, yolk, water, salt and vanilla extract to form a uniform and soft dough.

    Make a ball out of the dough. In a large bowl, put the ball we created and allow the dough to swell for an hour

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take the dough out of the bowl and roll it into a rectangle shape. Take -the chocolate spread and spread it on the rectangle. Roll the rectangle tightly. Cross the dough lengthwise and roll the two pieces into a screw shape. Take the cake we made and put it in a pattern . Take a scrambled egg and brush it on the cake. Put in the oven for half an hour and remove. Appetite!
