Vegan Peanut Butter Oatmeal cookies

Like your baking tray and set your oven to 180
Step 2/4
- ⅓ tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 21½ g creamy peanut butter
- ⅞ tbsp maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Heat up your milk in microwave till warm, 30-40 seconds will do. Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, warmed milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 3/4
- 10⅛ g rolled oats
- 15⅔ g flour
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp salt
Mix baking soda and salt into flour. Add oats and flour into nut butter mixture and mix well.
Step 4/4
Shape your mixture into balls and push down but not so much you make them flat. Cook for 12-14 minutes until a golden brown colour, leave on tray for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack or they might fall apart.
