water
1 tsp
ground cinnamon½
mango2 tbsp
coconut yogurt 1.8% fat
popped amaranth
crunchy peanut butter

- 50 g rolled oats
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix water with oats and cinnamon
Step 2/3
Put the mixture in a pot and heat it up. Stir it regularly for 5 minutes on high flame until creamy.
Step 3/3
- maple syrup
- popped amaranth
- crunchy peanut butter
- 1 peach
- seed mix for salads
Chuck porridge in a bowl and top it up with yogurt and minced fruits and nut butter. Optional: Maple syrup for sweetness
