Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Step 1/12
- 125 ml almond milk
- bowl
Warm the almond milk and put it in a bowl
Step 2/12
- 9 g active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
Add the yeast and the sugar and let it sit for around 10 minutes

- 250 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Mix the dry ingredients

- 60 ml Vegan Butter (melted)
In the bowl either the milk, the sugar and the yeast add the dry ingredients and the melted butter
Step 5/12
Conjure up for about 3 minutes and let sit for 30-40 minutes
Step 6/12
Shape the dough into a rectangular shape
Step 7/12
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Apply the almond milk, the cinnamon and the sugar

Roll the dough and cut in 8-10 pieces

- Oven Pan
Put the pieces in a oven pan and let sit for another 30 minutes
Step 10/12
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Step 11/12
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- caster sugar
Mix the milk and the caster sugar until smooth (become like glacé)
Step 12/12
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Apply the glacé all over the rolls, add the cinnamon and enjoy!
