Bananabread in a skillet

Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and grease a cast iron skillet.

- ⅛ tbsp flaxseed flour
- ½ tbsp water
- ⅛ banana
Combine flaxseed flour and water and let it sit. Mash the banana.

- ½ tbsp water
- ⅛ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ cup oil
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- salt
- ¼ cup flour
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
Combine all wet ingredients and whisk vigerously. Combine dry ingredients separately and gently whisk into wet ingredients.

- ⅛ cup chocolate chip (optional)

Fold in any add-ins such as chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Pour the batter into a greased cast iron skilled and bake for 30 minutes.
