"This smoothie is one of my favorites of all time and one of the healthiest I know! The typical combination of berries and bananas mixed with plums is unbelievably delicious! I also promise you can’t taste the spinach, and I highly recommend this smoothie to everyone because it is full of vitamins, fiber, healthy fats, protein, and of course, flavor! This recipe is really good for breakfast or as a healthy snack. I promise you will love this smoothie as much as I do❤️"

Ingredients

1⅓ cup
plant based milk (I used almond)
⅔ cup
frozen blueberries
⅔ cup
frozen raspberries
⅔ cup
frozen blackberries

frozen strawberries

black plum
½
banana1 cup
baby spinach
2 tbsp
ground flaxseed
2 tbsp
chia seed
1⅓ scoop
protein powder of your choice
Step 1/3
- 1⅓ cup plant based milk (I used almond)
- ⅔ cup frozen blueberries
- ⅔ cup frozen raspberries
- ⅔ cup frozen blackberries
- 10 frozen strawberries
- 2 black plum
- ½ banana
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
In a blender, food processor or juicer, add the frozen berries, banana, plum, ground flaxseed and plant based milk and mix
Step 2/3
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1⅓ scoop protein powder of your choice
- 2 tbsp chia seed
Once blended, add in spinach, chia seeds and protein powder and blend for 30 seconds
Step 3/3
