Teriyaki Salmon
Step 1/4
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp ginger
Mix together all the liquid ingredients in a large, flat bowl and add in the ginger (once grated)
Step 2/4
- 2 salmon fillets
Place the salmon in the bowl, skin side up, and leave to marinade for an hour.
Step 3/4
Remove the salmon from the bowl and place, skin side down, on to a baking tray. Pour the marinade over the fillets. Bake for 25 minutes at 200C/180C fan/gas6.
Step 4/4
Remove from the oven. Turn the fillets on to their side and slice off the skin. Then serve with your side of choice.
