Ingredients

strawberries
lemon
tbsp
artificial sweetener
¼ tbsp
white chia seeds

Stainless steel pot, Jelly jar

  • Step 1/5

    • pint strawberries

    Clean and hull fresh picked or purchased strawberries.

  • Step 2/5

    • lemon
    • tbsp artificial sweetener
    • Stainless steel pot

    Quarter and eighth-chop strawberries in stainless steel pot, stir in Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, squeeze juice from lemon and turn burner to medium low.

  • Step 3/5

    Stir and mash strawberries until desired chunkiness. Approximately 6-8 minutes.

  • Step 4/5

    • ¼ tbsp white chia seeds

    Mix in chia seeds. Stir as it thickens. When mixture pulls away from pan, remove from heat.

  • Step 5/5

    • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
    • Jelly jar

    Pour immediately into jelly jars. Allow to cool completely before mixing in vanilla and covering.
