- ⅛ tsp salt
- 23¾ g butter (cold)

Combine part of the flour, some sugar, and the salt in the stand mixer. Dice part of the cold butter, add to the flour mixture, and whisk until small, pea-sized crumbs form.
Step 2/6
- 15⅝ ml water (cold)
- plastic wrap
Add the water and mix until smooth. Divide the dough and form two flat discs. Cover in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for approx. 60 min.
Step 3/6

- 6¼ g flour

Roll out the second half of the dough, and place on top of the pie. Fold in the edges and gently press to seal. Now take a fork to prick the top of the pie. Whisk egg yolk, then brush across the pie. Bake for approx. 40 min. at 200°C/390°F. Cool down, and enjoy!
