Beef mince
100 g
Mushrooms
100 g
spinach
250 ml
Tomato soup
1 tsp
dried Italian herbs
125 ml
red wine
  • Step 1/6

    • 1 onions
    • ½ tbsp garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    Dice onions, cool in oil with garlic over medium heat until translucent

  • Step 2/6

    • 1 tbsp tomato paste

    Add tomato paste to the onions and cook for about a minute

  • Step 3/6

    • 250 g Beef mince

    Add mince beef to onions, cook over medium-low heat, breaking up until fully cooked

    • 100 g Mushrooms

    Once mince is filled cooked add chopped mushroom and cook until soft

    • 1 carrots
    • 100 g spinach
    • 250 ml Tomato soup
    • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
    • ½ tsp chili flakes
    • 125 ml red wine

    Add in diced tomatoes, grated carrot, tomato soup, spinach leaves, italian herbs, chilli flakes and red wine. Mix together and let simmer over low heat for minimum 20 minutes

    • 150 g spaghetti

    Once ready to serve, cook pasta until desired level. Serve with Parmesan cheese
