Sour Chicken Steak

- 2 lime (for marinating)
- 10 tsp olive oil (for marinating)
- 20 slices garlic (grated, for marinating)
- 10 slices ginger (diced, for marinating)
- 2 tbsp salt (for marinating)
- 1 tbsp pepper (for marinating)
- 2 chicken breast (boneless)

Cut out all the fats. Give 3 knife marks on each side of the breast. Mix with salt and pepper (5 min). Add garlic, ginger and lime (5 min). Then spread olive oil and marinate for 45 minutes.

After marinated, heat the pan (non-stick) with max heat. Once the pan is heated add chicken first, then pour all the remaining olive oil and stuffs over the chicken. If the bottom side is golden, lower the heat and turn other side. Add more olive oil if needed. Chicken will become crispy or juicy depends on the heat. If both side are golden you are good to taste it 😋
