peel and bring to boil 450g potatoes

- 57 g salted butter
- 113 g self raising flour
- ½ tsp salt
- potato masher
mash potatoes and add butter, flour and salt, knead until stiff mixture.
Step 3/5
- rolling pin
turn out onto floured surface, roll out about 3mm thick.
Step 4/5
cut into squares or triangles, and cook on greased griddle high heat for 4-5 mins each side.
Step 5/5
serve hot or can freeze..
