Step 1/6
- 2 eggs
- small saucepan
Cook eggs on high heat in a small saucepan filled with boiling water for approx. 5 min.
Step 2/6
- ½ cucumber
- vegetable peeler
Use vegetable peeler to cut cucumber into tagliatelle-like strips.
Step 3/6
- 1 scallion
- 20 g dill
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- bowl
- cutting board
- knife
Finely dice scallion. Chop dill. Combine in a bowl with cucumber tagliatelle, vegetable oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar to taste. Toss to combine.
Step 4/6
- 1 shallot
- 20 g parsley
- 300 g ground beef
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp ketchup
- salt
- pepper

Finely dice shallot. Chop parsley. Combine with ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg yolk, mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

- vegetable oil for frying

Peel the eggs and evenly coat them with ground beef mixture and fry in hot vegetable oil over medium-high heat for approx. 5 min. until golden brown. Make sure to carefully turn them occasionally.
