Scallop asparagus stir fry

- 300 g scallops
- Pot
Put scallops in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Then drain and put the scallops aside.

- 550 g green asparagus
Remove asparagus ends and break the rest into smaller pieces and water them.
Step 3/5
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 stalks Spring onions
- 3 sprigs parsley
Chop spring onions, garlic and parsley and slice ginger,

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 slices ginger
- frying pan
Heat your pan them add oil. Add garlic, ginger and half spring onions, wait till you smell the aroma, then add scallops and asparagus
Step 5/5
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
Add fish sauce to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes then add parsley and now is ready to serve .
