Salty Biscuits

Step 1/3
- 15 g butter (room temperature)
- ¼ eggs
- 10 ml milk
- ⅛ tsp mustard
- 10 ml olive oil
- stand mixer with whisk
Mix the butter with the mustard and the olive oil to create a smooth mixture. Then add the eggs one by one and the last liquid ingredient: the milk.
Step 2/3
- ⅛ package baking powder
- 50 g flour
- 30 g grated cheese (preferably parmesan or a cheese mix)
- ⅛ pinch pepper
- stand mixer with dough hook
Add the rest of the ingredients in small portions into the liquid mixture at low speed until they are combined. If needed add some more flour until the dough is not sticky.
Step 3/3
- sesame seeds (optional)
Warm the oven in 180 °C. When the dough is ready form your biscuits, decorate them optionally with some sesame seeds and bake them for about 20' until they are brown. They should be crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Good luck!
