Red Berry Lemon Cake
Ingredients

Step 1/10
- 24 g butter (room temperature)
- 30 g sugar
- spatula
Mix the soft butter and sugar with spatula until become soft cream

- ⅜ eggs
- ¼ lemon zest
- ¼ tbsp vanilla extract
Add eggs one by one with vanilla and mix it with spatula until the soft then add the lemon zest

- ¼ tbsp baking powder
- 34 flour
- sieve
Mix flour, baking powder and add it to the soft cream , mix it with spatula

- 16 ml milk
Add the milk to the mix until it becomes soft paste

- ¼ package raspberry
Finally add raspberries and fold it by spatula

- parchment paper
use long cake mold and cover it with butter then parchment paper

To the oven 180 c for 20 minutes,

Let it rest for 5 minutes, it prefers to serve warm

- 1 tbsp nutella®
- ¼ leaf mint
For decoration, sugar powder and mint , Nutella for serve.
