Raphaela’s Fudge Chocolate Brownie

2 ovens, 2 bowls, 4 whisks, sieve, 2 spatulas, parchment paper

Preheat oven to 180°/350F
Step 2/10
- 125 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 125 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- bowl
Melt 125g of chocolate chips and put aside the other 125g

- 170 ml butter
- 290 g sugar

Melt the butter and mix with the sugar

- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- whisk
Add the 2 eggs and the vanilla to the butter and sugar, mix it all

Now add the 125g of melted chocolate and mix it

- 170 g flour
- 60 g sweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- whisk
- sieve
Put the flour, cocoa powder and salt through a sieve at the mix and stir until it is all blended

Add now the 125g of semisweet chocolate chips that you pitted aside at the beginning of the recipe, mix it all

Transfer the batter into a parchment paper-lined square baking dish

Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on how fudgy you want the brownies
