Potato broccoli casserole
Step 1/9
Preheat the oven to 220°C
Step 2/9
- 400 g broccoli
Cut the broccoli into small pieces
Step 3/9
Cook the broccoli until softened with 1 tsp of salt
Step 4/9
- 480 g potatoes
- 12 g garlic powder
While the broccoli is cooking, cut potatoes into 5mm circles, and mix them afterwards with Ranch dressing or garlic powder

- ⅜ onion
- ⅜ shallot
- ¾ garlic
Mince onion, shallots and garlic and add to the pan with 1 tsp of oil
Step 6/9
- 160 g green asparagus
- ⅜ tsp olive oil
Cut the asparagus into 5 cm long pieces, add them to the pan and fry until partly softened
Step 7/9
- 1¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
Layer broccoli into the baking dish, then put potatoes on the top, layer with asparagus mixture, potatoes again, rest of broccoli and lastly with potatoes. While layering use the rest of the salt and pepper.
Step 8/9
Put the baking dish into the oven for 30 minutes on 220°C
Step 9/9
- 2¾ eggs
Crack the eggs on the top and bake it for another 10 minutes
