Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- wooden spoon

In a saucepan on medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the sugar and cocoa powder.

- 1/2 TSP salt
- 1 TBSP vanilla extract
Remove from the saucepan and pour into a mixing bowl. Let cool for 5 minutes. Stir in salt and vanilla.

Preheat the oven to 325F.

Beat the eggs in one by one into the mix.

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
Stir in the flour. You can use any flour but preferably all purpose flour.

- 1 cup Dark chocolate

Weigh approx 200 g or 1 cup of dark of chocolate. Cut the chocolate into small chunks. Stir into the mix.

Transfer into a 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper or oil.

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle over the brownie batter, and draw swirls in the mix with a sharp edged object.

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, then let cool for 1H.
