Easy double chocolate chip brownie

Step 1/4
- 175 g chocolate chips (i.e. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels)
- 110 g butter
- butter for greasing

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease baking dish. Melt some of the chocolate chips and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat.

- 3 eggs
- 160 g all-purpose flour
- 210 g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- 175 g chocolate chips (i.e. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels)
- 65 g chopped nuts
- rubber spatula
Beat in eggs, then fold in flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts.

Spread batter evenly into greased baking dish.
Step 4/4

- cooling rack
Bake at 180°C/350°F for approx. 18 – 22 min., or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out slightly sticky. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Enjoy!
