Pasta with broccoli cream sauce & gremolata

- 1 broccoli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 lemon

Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Then dice 2 cloves of garlic and the onion. Now cut a lemon in half.

- 100 ml white wine
- 400 ml vegetable broth

In a large pot with a little olive oil, sauté the broccoli, onions and garlic until translucent. Then deglaze with white wine and the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Now cover the pot with a lid and cook the broccoli until soft. Meanwhile, put on the pasta water.

- 20 g parsley
- 2 lemons

In the meantime, slice the remaining two cloves of garlic. Finely chop the parsley with stems. Grate the zest from the lemons.

- 300 g pasta

Add cream to the broccoli and blend everything. Cook the pasta according to package directions.

- 120 ml olive oil

Pour 120 ml of olive oil in a small pan and add the garlic slices. Now slowly heat the oil to medium heat. Once the oil is hot and the garlic is roasted, add the parsley, lemon zest and salt to it. (Be careful, it will splatter a little.) Immediately after, remove the pan from the heat, as the gremolata is ready.

Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce. Assemble everything together and enjoy. 😋
