Gigi Hadid's spicy vodka pasta

- 4 shallots
- 3 cloves garlic

Finely dice the shallots and garlic.

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- frying pan

- 1 pot (with lid)
For the pasta, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Then sauté the onion and garlic until translucent, approx. 2 min. Add the chili flakes.

- 6 cl vodka
Deglaze with the vodka and simmer for approx. 2 min.
Step 5/7
- 400 ml canned crushed tomatoes
- 300 g pasta
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
Add the chopped tomatoes and simmer the sauce for approx. 10 min. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 6/7
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g butter
- slotted spoon
Now add cream and butter to the tomato sauce. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. Continue cooking the pasta in the sauce for approx. 2-3 min.
Step 7/7
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 fine grater
Lastly, plate the pasta and grate some Parmesan on top.
