GRAIN FREE ORANGE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Ingredients
Step 1/4
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with liners.
Step 2/4
- 40 g almond flour
- 20 g full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1⅓ eggs
- 1⅓ tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅔ tbsp baking powder
- 33⅓ g dark chocolate chips
- ⅔ tbsp orange zest
Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, into a bowl and mix with a spoon or a spatula until all the ingredients are well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and transfer batter evenly into six muffin tin holes.
Step 3/4
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the muffins are slightly browned on top but still very soft on the inside.
Step 4/4
Let cool for about half an hour, sprinkle with grated orange zest if you like and enjoy!
