One-pot gnocchi with basil pesto

Step 1/2
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp pesto
- 200 g tomatoes
- 200 g smoked bacon

Finely chop onion. Heat a little bit of pesto in a large pan and sauté the onion until it turns translucent. In the meantime, halve the tomatoes and cut the smoked bacon into bite-sized cubes.
Step 2/2
- 1 kg gnocchi
- 185 g pesto
- 200 g baby spinach
- cooking spoon
Add gnocchi and the rest of the pesto into the pan. Once the gnocchi are heated through, add tomatoes and smoked bacon and combine. Add the spinach and fold in until it wilts. Serve hot and enjoy!
