My Super Easy Apple Crumble Pie
Step 1/6
First of all peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, place them in a pan with sugar, cinnamon, the zest and juice of half a lemon and cook for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is soft and without liquid and then let it cool.

In a bowl mix together the ingredients of the quick pastry and crumble it with your hands then refrigerate for 15 minutes.

When the bases are cold, you can make your apple crumble.

Line your cake mould with baking paper. Place just over half the pastry crumbs, compacting the bottom and side walls with your hands and add the soft apples. Cover the pie with the remaining crumbs. While the oven is reaching the temperature, put the crumbled pie in the fridge.
Step 5/6
Bake in a hot oven at 180° C for about 35 – 40 minutes until the top is browned! Let it cool completely for at least 1 hour before serving.
