Toor dal
1 bulb
tomato
½ tbsp
tamarind paste
1 bulb
onion
tsp
cumin seed
½ tsp
black mustard seed
½ tsp
broken urad dal
½ tsp
fenugreek seeds
1 leaf
curry leaves
½ tsp
asofeotida
¼ tbsp
cooking oil
½ kg
lady's finger
water
½ tbsp
salt

  • Step 1/12

    soak toor dal for 5 to 10 mins
    • ¾ scoop Toor dal

    Add toor dal and tomatoes to the pressure cooker.

    cut one 1⃣ in to small cubes and lady's finger .
