regular kadai

- ⅜ scoop Toor dal
- regular kadai
soak toor dal for 5 to 10 mins
Step 2/12
- ½ bulb tomato
Add toor dal and tomatoes to the pressure cooker.
Step 3/12
leave the cooker for 6 whistles and off it.
Step 4/12
cut one 1⃣ in to small cubes and lady's finger .
Step 5/12
Take a medium size kadai and oil
Step 6/12
add all the above ingredients to the oil
Step 7/12
After all the spices splatters add the onion , lady's finger and curry leaves to it.
Step 8/12
After 6 whistles, the toor dal and tomatoes are mushy.
Step 9/12
know add asafoetida to the above step
Step 10/12
sambar powder to the above step
Step 11/12
Add tamarind pulp and a salt to the mushy dal. again whistle them for one time.
Step 12/12
finally, add some ghee on top of it.
