"This quiche is (in my and everybody else i knows opinion) the WORLD'S BEST quiche! Since the first time i served this quiche for my friends, they all've been asking me about this recipe, so i though; ''Why not showing my moms famous pie to the world?'', and here you go. Enjoy!"

store bought or homemade pie crust
37½ g
bacon cubes
25 g
grated Parmesan cheese
eggs
75 ml
semi-skimmed milk

  • Step 1/6

    • ¼ store bought or homemade pie crust
    • pie dish

    Lay out the pie crust in a pie dish.

  • Step 2/6

    • 37½ g bacon cubes
    • frying pan

    Sauté the bacon light crispy on high heat.

  • Step 3/6

    • ¾ scallions

    Chop the scallions, and sauté them with the bacon for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 4/6

    • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

    First spread the bacon and scallion over the pie crust, and then the grated parmesan cheese afterwards.

  • Step 5/6

    • eggs
    • 75 ml semi-skimmed milk

    Add the eggs and semi-skimmed milk to a bowl, wisk it together, and pour it into the pie.

  • Step 6/6

    • oven

    Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C, for about 40 minutes or untill the pie is ready
