Low-cal apple crumble
Step 1/5
- ⅞ apples
- 1⅛ tbsp Cinnamon
Cut the apples in cubes and mix them with 4tbsp of cinnamon

Process the oats and make them flour, but leave some of them without processing and cut the almonds
Step 3/5
- 6⅔ g almonds
- 11⅛ g Oats
- 5½ g Tagatose
- 12¼ g coconut oil
Mix the oats, the tagatose, one tbsp of cinnamon and the chopped almonds with the coconut oil
Step 4/5
Put the apples in a recipient that can go to the oven and spread the mix evenly on top with your hands (I used a square one and then cut 9 portions)
Step 5/5
Bake at 200*c for 30 or until the apples are soft and the cover it’s golden brown
