Italian Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients
Step 1/7
- 200 g spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti following the instructions on the pack. Once done drain the water and keep it warm in the pan.
Step 2/7
- 4 slices bacon
Cut the bacon in small pieces en cook them in a frying pan.
Step 3/7
- 2 egg
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
While the bacon is cooking, put the egg in a bowl and add the graded parmesan cheese. Stir it till combined.
Step 4/7
Once the bacon is done, turn off the heat and add the spaghetti.
Step 5/7
Add your egg-parmesan mix to the pan and stir for 1 minute continuously.
Step 6/7
Put a lid on the pan and let it rest for about 2 minutes.
