- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- bowl
- cooking spoon
mash the banana and mix with the rolled oats, honey and cinnamon

- baking sheet
mold the mixture into cupcake baking sheet
Step 3/5
put in the freezer for 1 hour
Step 4/5
bake at 350 F for 30 min
Step 5/5
- non-fat Greek yogurt
- jam
fill with what you prefer, i filled mine with yogurt and jam
