"I like to eat healthy, but sometimes I crave something better than oatmeal for breakfast. This recipe is just like having oatmeal but in the form of pancakes, so it’s like eating something nutritious without even noticing it. The pancakes are so fluffy and golden I could eat them all day, and if you add some fruit or chocolate, you’ll fall in love. Delish!"

480 ml
rolled oats2
egg5 tbsp
yogurt2 tsp
vanilla extract2 tbsp
honey2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
coconut oil

- 480 ml rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
Blend oats in a food processor until they become a fine powder and add baking powder.
Step 2/5
- 2 egg
- 5 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp coconut oil
Whisk egg and then add the vanilla, yogurt, honey and oil.

Mix the oats with the wet ingredients until they are a homogeneous batter.

Add some oil or butter to a pan and put it on the stove, pour the batter and flip after 2-3 minutes or when bubbles start to form.
