Halloumi and tzatziki salad

- 125 g cucumbers
- 50 g Greek style yogurt
- Handful fresh parsely
- Pinch of salt
To make the tzatziki sauce, mix yogurt,cucumber,parsely, and salt together in a bowl. Cover the bowl with clingfilm and refrigerate for 1 hr
Step 2/2
- 125 g halloumi
- ½ Hot chilli
- 2 Small radishes
- ½ Large tomato
- ½ Spring onion
- ½ lime
- 1 Garlic cloves
Slice the halloumi into chunks and thread the pieces on a skewer. Grill on a barbecue or grill on the cooker, cook until golden. Finely chop all of the vegetables and add the halloumi. Squeeze the lime on top. Take the tzatziki out of the fridge and its done.
