Butter (for filling)
1 dash
Vanilla essence

food processor, fork, Baking tray
Step 1/4
- 340 g butter
- 340 g Self raising flour
- 113 g Custard powder
- 113 g Icing sugar
- food processor
Mix all together. Can use food processor do flour doesnât fly everywhere or using spatula.

Make small balls, size of a walnut, on a baking tray and flatten with fork.
Step 3/4
Cook in oven at 160 degrees calcium for 15-20 minutes
Step 4/4
- 113 g Icing sugar (for filling)
- 57 g Butter (for filling)
- 1 dash Vanilla essence
Once cooked mix filling together and spread between two custard pieces.
