Gnocchi with veggie balls

Step 1/3
- 6 tbsp flour
- 300 g pumpkin

The gnocchis Bake the pumpkin for 20 minutes at 200°C. Smash it and add the flour and the egg. Knead them all together until All the flour been absorbed. Let it rest for an hour. Cut the dough in pieces and roll it. Then cut in little pieces and use a fork to shape the gnocchi. Boil the for 6-10 minutes based on the thickness. Shocked them in cold water and drain them. Saute them with butter and basil. Add them to the meatballs with some of the pasta water.

- 1 fennel
- 1 onion
- 7 leaves basil
- ½ chili
- 2 cloves garlic
- ground turmeric

The sauce Chop half of the onion and the whole the fenel the basil,chili and the garlic saute for 3-4 minutes add the tomato sauce and some water let it boil in low fire for two hours add some water if is needed.

- 2 eggplants

The veggie balls Mix all the ingredients in a bowl add the other half of the onion. Let them rest for 20 minutes. Shape balls roll the in some flour and fry them in hot oil for 3-4 minutes till they take some color. Add them in the saucepan and let them boil in low hit for 7-10 more minutes.
