coconut flour

baking powder

ground cinnamonStep 1/4
- 3 bananas
Mesh 2,5 bananas, keep one half for topping
Step 2/4
- 2 eggs
- 30 g creamy peanut butter
- 15 g maple syrup
Combine all wet ingredients with meshed bananas
Step 3/4
- 80 g coconut flour
- 5 g baking powder
- 10 g ground cinnamon
Add all dry ingredients and combine well
Step 4/4
Put it in a baking tin, top it with half of the left banana and bake for about 40mins on 180 degrees Celsius
