Ingredients

- 4œ cups all purpose flour (divided)
- 1Œ cup sesame or sunflower oil
- 1 cup of water
Mix 4 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of oil, 1/4 cup of sugar and water in a large bowl and knead until a smooth dough is obtained. Cover the dough and set aside to prepare the filling.

- 3 tsp Vanilla powder
- 3 tsp Cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Nutmeg powder

- 120 g Unsalted butter
Mix the remaining powdered (1 cup) sugar, cinnamon powder and remaining 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup flour. Add vanilla, nutmeg and butter and mix. Can be done by food processor.
