- 8 eggs
- 472 ml milk
- 2½ tbsp vanilla
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon

Crack eggs in a bowl and Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork or spoon
Step 2/3
- 2 slice French bread
- frying pan
Heat frying pan onto 4.5-6.5 and keep an eye on it. Dip your french bread in the mixture then put in frying pan. After a few minutes flip it over. Then take it out of the frying pan when you are done.

It should come out THICK and sponges. Put on any toppings you would like!
