Dreamy chili chocolate cake

- ⅛ tbsp flour (for dusting)
- ⅛ tbsp butter (room temperature, for greasing)

Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare the cake pan.

- 37½ g flour
- 41⅔ g sugar
- 3⅓ g vanilla sugar
- 16⅔ g ground almonds
- 3 g baking powder
- 12½ g unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ pinch chili flakes
- ⅛ pinch salt
- 55 ml milk
- 20 ml vegetable oil

Begin with mixing dry ingredients together, such as flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, chili flakes, ground almond, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Add milk and vegetable oil to the mix and using a hand mixer fitted with beaters, mix everything together into a smooth batter. Pour the batter into the cake pan you prepared previously.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for approx. 45 minutes.

- 50 g bittersweet chocolate
- 83⅓ g mascarpone cheese
Break up the dark chocolate into small pieces and start to melt using a water bath. Once it's done let it cool down. Scoop mascarpone into a bowl and while stirring constantly add melted chocolate.

Remove the cake from the oven once done, and let cool down. Spread cream on top of cake, then serve, and enjoy!
