Dark chocolate muffins

Baking cups, Cupcake sheet
Step 1/4
- 2 cups All  purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda 
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
Add you’re all purpose flour to a large bowl, then add 1tsp of salt, and add 1tsp of baking powder and baking soda then add your 1/2 cup of unsweetened coca powder and add 1 cup of chocolate chips. Then mix gently until you get a dark color.
Step 2/4
- ⅔ cup Dark chocolate chips
- Half a stick of butter
Add you’re chocolate chips and half a stick of butter to a microwave safe bowl for 1min. Then whisk till the chocolate chips have completely melted. And add to you’re mix.
Step 3/4
- 1 tsp  vanilla extract
- ¾ cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
Add you’re buttermilk to a bowl with 1tsp of vanilla extract and you’re large egg and whisk. Then add to you’re mix and whisk till you get a near smooth mix.
Step 4/4
- Baking cups
- Cupcake sheet
Now add the mixture to you’re baking cups and cupcake baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for around 20min.
