Creamy penne pasta

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic

Finely chop 2 garlic cloves and add them in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil and stir, to keep it from burning, until it’s soft.

- 450 ml tomato sauce
- dried oregano
- dried basil

Add the tomato sauce over the sautéed garlic. Turn the heat to low. While the tomato sauce is cooking, add the spices.

- 500 g penne

In the meantime, add the pasta to salted boiling water and cook for 11 min. Keep a cup of pasta water to add to the sauce later. (It will make it creamy)

- 150 ml cream
Add the cream and stir. Let cook for 3-4 min.
Step 5/8
Bring the sauce to a boil on low heat.

Add the drained pasta, water from pasta, more salt and pepper, Parmesan Cheese and fresh chopped parsley.

Add the pasta with sauce to a butter greased roasting pan. Top with grated mozzarella cheese and put in oven. (Preheated at 180 degrees Celsius). Bake for 20 min.
Step 8/8
Take out of the oven when the mozzarella is golden and crisp. Add some chopped fresh parsley. Serve.
