Chocolate Oat No-Bake Cookies (sweetened with honey!)

line baking sheets with parchment paper.

- ⅛ cup honey
- ⅛ cup almond butter
- ⅛ cup butter
- spatula
- saucepan
put a saucepan over medium high heat combine honey, almond butter and butter together until smooth.

- ⅛ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cups GF oats
stir in oats, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt.

- ice cream scoop
use an ice cream scoop or spoon and drop about a tablespoon of cookie batter onto parchment paper. flatten to desired thickness. place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
