- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp baking soda

Add flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. Give it a stir and set aside.

- ⅛ cup salted butter
- ⅛ cup brown sugar
- ⅛ cup sugar
- ⅛ eggs
- ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

Melt the butter in the microwave. In a large bowl, whisk together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until mixture turns slightly pale. Add in egg and vanilla and stir again.

Dump the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until no flour is visible.

Chop up chocolate into chunks. Add it into the dough and mix.

Cover the dough in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for at least two hours. Overnight is preferred, or refrigerate for up to a week. You can also scoop out the dough into balls and put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and store them in the fridge for up to 2 months.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Scoop the cookie dough into balls and place 2 inches apart from each other on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until cookie turns golden brown. Enjoy!
