shredded coconut, finely toasted, unsweetened

- ⅛ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅛ cup ground flaxseed
- ⅛ cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
- ⅛ cup honey
- ⅛ cup dark chocolate (chips or chopped)

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the shredded coconut

Spread shredded coconut onto a paper plate
