½ clove

oil

Shredded Chicken

canned kidney bean
½ package
taco seasoning
¼ tsp
corn starch
½ cup
chicken broth
Step 1/4
- ½ cup diced onion
- ½ clove garlic
- ½ tbsp oil
Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender in large saucepan
Step 2/4
- 1½ cups Shredded Chicken
- 1 canned diced tomatoes
- ½ canned kidney bean
- ½ package taco seasoning
Add chicken, taco seasoning (1.25 oz), tomatoes, and beans to same saucepan
Step 3/4
- ¼ tsp corn starch
- ½ cup chicken broth
Mix cornstarch and broth; add to mixture in saucepan
Step 4/4
Bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes and stir occasionally; then serve
