Chicken & Creamy Penne

Mix oregano powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper and half the salt.
Step 2/7
Sprinkle this mixture on both sides of tenderised chicken breasts and let rest for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Heat the butter in another pan and lightly fry up the sliced mushrooms and crushed garlic.
Step 5/7
Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken and add the dried herbs and remaining salt.
Step 6/7
Add cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and mix well over heat for 5 minutes.
Step 7/7
You can either serve the chicken breast on the side or chop it into chunks and add to the pasta and mix before taking it off the heat.
