Chicken Biryani

- 3⅓ strips chicken breast strips
- ⅓ tbsp Chicken gram masala
- ⅓ tbsp Chicken seasoning
- ⅓ tsp Red chili
- 1 leaves bay leaves
- ⅓ tsp ground cardamom
- ⅓ strip cinnamon stick
- 41⅔ g yogurt
- ⅓ tsp coriander seed
- 182⅔ g basmati rice
- 1⅓ tbsp Chopped onion
- 1⅓ tbsp Fresh coriander
- cooking spoon, cooking pot
Stir onion, adding the all the seasoning, then the fresh coriander, garlic & ginger paste, adding the chicken strips then mix well, next add the yogurt.. keep cooking until its ready for about 15 - 20 mins. Prepare the basmati rice as you wish then serve the “chicken biryani” with mix nuts on the top as garnish, don’t forget to drizzle some “saffron, rose water & cardamon powder mix” 🌸 bon appétit
